What we can answer

What gauge a piece is, what a hoop measures across the inside, which of two nose sets has the L-shaped posts and which the hoops, what a box holds, and anything on a page here that looks wrong. Corrections are the letters we like best.

What we cannot

Orders, delivery dates, exchanges and refunds. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Those live with our retail partner's own customer service, and a letter to us only adds a day.

What nobody should answer by email

Whether a piercing of yours is healed enough to change, whether a metal will suit your skin, and what to do about one that has gone sore. Those are questions for the studio that made the hole or for a doctor, and an answer from a shop would be worth nothing. A piercing that is hot, swollen or weeping needs seeing, not an email.
