The smaller of the two ring sizes keeps the curve close to a nostril, while the larger leaves a little more room around the opening. The horseshoe shape gives you a clear line beneath the nose, with cubic zirconia set along the bar. It is made from 316L surgical steel.

Both ends unscrew, so you can place the bar through a nostril or septum before securing it. The same piece is named for lobe, helix and tragus placements, and comes in silver, pink or gold tones. Each box contains six pieces, including 14K gold plated options.
