This septum ring comes apart at both ends, so taking it out means holding the curve steady while your fingers turn one end, then the other. Putting it back in is the reverse: guide the bar through the septum or nostril, then secure the ends. The 316L surgical steel carries cubic zirconia in a gold tone.
